By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

License grant

The P31 code is open source under the AGPL; you are free to inspect, fork, and deploy the stack, and the AGPL terms apply to derivative works of the AGPL code. Site content and research are published under open licenses as stated on each surface. No content license grants a right to use P31 marks or identity.

Donations

P31 Labs, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit corporation with 501(c)(3) determination (EIN 42-1888158, determination dated 2026-04-03). Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Donors retain no ownership interest; a donation is a gift, not an investment. Donations are non-refundable except as required by law.

Photo and media release

By submitting photographs or media to P31, you grant P31 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use them on its public surfaces for nonprofit purposes, and you confirm you have the rights to the media you submit. You may request revocation of a specific item by emailing willyj1587@gmail.com; revocation applies to future display only. This does not transfer ownership.

Use of the audit chain

The Loom audit chain is public and independently verifiable. By interacting with P31 surfaces, your public actions may be recorded in the chain — this is the transparency feature, not a hidden collection.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, P31 Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights a consumer may have that cannot be waived.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia. P31 does not require arbitration for disputes.

Changes to these terms

P31 may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
