Quantum Family

01. What It Is

Quantum Family is a tactile PWA built for neurodivergent kids — specifically Bash (10) and Willow. It runs on Android tablets, uses touch-first input, and loads in a warm cream palette designed to be calming rather than stimulating.

Every feature has a defined endpoint. No infinite scroll, no dopamine loops, no failure states. The app is a quiet tool, not a game that demands attention.

02. Eight Sections

  Home — Daily Anchor Greeting, date, and a soft daily affirmation. The stable starting point for every session.

  Breathe — Regulation Engine Box breathing (4-4-4-4) and calm breathing (4-7-8). Animated breathing ring with phase labels. Tap to start, tap to stop. No auto-loop.

  Ground — 5-4-3-2-1 Guided sensory grounding exercise. Five things you can see, four you can touch, three you can hear, two you can smell, one you can taste. Tap to advance each step.

  Sounds — Sound Garden Eight tactile sound pads. Web Audio synthesis — no samples. Each pad has a distinct timbre. Touch-responsive with visual feedback.

  Draw — Free Canvas Full-viewport drawing canvas. Color picker, brush size, eraser, clear. Pointer events — works with finger, stylus, or mouse. No save pressure.
